In this free session I will show you how to work with craving in way that actually feels good, not strained or effortful. You will begin a relationship with your craving (and possibly other hurting parts) that feels open and healing. You will learn how to be with your craving in a way that shifts it into something that feels positive and life affirming.

At the end of the session you should feel lighter, more connected to yourself and aware of new possibilities for loosening very stuck places (such as craving).

The session will also help you to know if this method is for you. There is absolutely no obligation to continue. And, even though our session is strictly confidential, there is no need to share details of your addiction or problems. This process works well without details.
